Your Social Community

Like you see in the live demo, you and your friends will be able to create super complete profiles, showcasing your posts, social accounts, rank obtained, badges and quests unlocked, credits earned, friends, and more!

The default profile page is the timeline one, but below the main profile header, you'll find a slider with a bunch of icons, where you'll be able to access all other parts of the user's profile. Things like the user's friend list, blog and forums posts created, photos and videos, badges unlocked, and even the user's own Twitch stream among others!, (this was added in one of our updates) so if you have a gaming or streaming community, people can directly link their own Twitch live channels!

In addition to all this, you have a Timeline Feed, very similar to what Facebook has, where you can quickly browse what other users have been posting so you can comment and react to them, the newest community members, and a brief showcase of some quests and badges and the instructions on how to unlock them.

Have Fun Gamifying the Community!

One of the best features of the theme, is the super complete gamification system, powered by the GamiPress plugin. The theme is ready for people to complete certain steps in order to unlock badges and quests. Things like: “Gold User”, where you unlock the badge after having more than 500 posts in your profile, or unlock “People's Person” by having accepted more than 30 friends requests.

The best thing about this is that you can make your own badges by creating the conditions you want! You can even create badges that are only unlockable when you award them, like “Crazy Scientist” where the badge is awarded by the admin to people who help them test new features.

You'll also see that for each badge of quest unlocked, you will earn some kind of credits, which, if you want, you can make people trade them for things like discounts on your shop! (using a GamiPress addon) You can also add actions for people to earn those credits, you can see them in the Credits section.

For last, you have the Ranks section, where people will have to complete multiple steps in order to level up! In this case, to level up, your need to write more status updates, plus collect a minimum of gold, gem and emerald credits. Have fun creating the conditions necessary for people to rank up!

Share Your Interests in the Forums

Vikinger also includes a full forum integrated, powered by bbPress so you can share your interests with other people. Talk about gaming, anime, cosplay, movies and more! Create your own subforums and start the conversation with your community!

We designed the posts so you can easily check the user rank and see the badges unlocked under each user's photo.
