The source of the issue has to be our plugin, it cannot be an issue caused by a third party plugin or theme or an interaction with a third party plugin or theme that is not explicitly supported by our plugin. We provide a very detailed documentation which you can use to see what our widgets display, which plugins they integrate with and what kind of functionality is supported.
- We can't offer a refund due to issues with our plugin if you don't allow us to try and assist you and give us a reasonable time period to do so. If you are having an issue with the plugin, you need to contact our support team and provide the necessary information so that they can offer you assistance (i.e. purchase information that allows them to unequivocally identify you as a customer, clear information on what the issue is, credentials to access your site, etc. Please take a look at our support policy for more details on what information to provide when creating a ticket).
